Uttar Pradesh Technical University introduce a new facility for students in which students can complain online about problems related to result, mark sheet, certificate, examination etc. Soon university will provide a link on uptu.ac.in where students can complain about their problems even complain against college or facility is also accepted.
UPTU new vice chancellor Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak say that university developing a cell for students complain which will resolve in 2 or 3 days. If his or her problems is not solve in given time then action will take against complain cell member. This facility help students a lot as they not need to visit Lucknow compass.
Previously UPTU announced a WhatsApp number 08004455599 for students for submitting complaints or suggestions .
