Students of Dr. APJ Kalam Technical University (AKTU Lucknow Noida) will have the flexibility to use grace marks in any semester and in any year of the course. The new grace marks model was approved on 09 July 2016 by the AKTU examination committee.
Current or New UPTU AKTU Grace Marks Rule: A student has the flexibility of using 40 grace marks in any year as per the requirement. However, the new provision comes with a rider that maximum 15 grace marks can be used to clear a particular subject and for this he/she should have scored at least 15% marks in that subject.

I am also a final year pass out student (2012-2016). I have the same problem where my 2nd year marks are 985/1000 (PCP-A) with all backs cleared and 1st, 3rd and 4th year status is Pass. I have zero backlogs in all 8 semesters. Is it possible for me to get those 15 marks in second year so that I can complete my degree? Somebody please answer correctly.

1. back with 11 number (1st sem) 1 st year
2. back with 16 number (2nd sem) 1st year
and i already got grace of 8 numbers in 2nd year subject, now my question is do i would be beniffitted by the grace rule if yes!

But according to new grace rule, a student can get upto 40 marks grace in a year but the minimum crieria to get the benefit is atleast 15 marks sir u have obtained 14 only due to 1 mark i cant get benefit sir its my request to you that please give me grace due to lack of one mark my life totally destroy please sir. If i didnt cleared the degree then no meaning of my life. Sir please think about me and give me 16 marks grace. All subjects are cleared but only due to mathematics 2 i cant get the degree .

ReplyDeletesir my result is updated but some sbubjects have dont their numbers, and those subject whichs is passed by grace are showing zero (0) credits.so please update original marks on respective subjects. i had read about an article in newspaper and aktu facebook page about 6 month ago that those students who have 59.5% or above will be awarded 1st division.sir in my case i had 59.65% and 2982 marks out of 5000 but still i've been awarded 2nd division.but according to rule i must havee been awarded 1st division..so sir please read my pettion and try to solve my problem

ReplyDeleteI'm from batch 2012-2016 .
As this is a query about grace marks so let me clear first that I've used 10 marks of grace in 5-6 semester( 1 marks in 5th sem and 9 marks in 6th sem).
So I've 30 marks of grace left out of 40.
Ok so here's the thing that's eating me.
I was having 5 backs in 1,2,3 semesters so I appeared for special carry over for passouts exams held in December 2016 and after the result I've 2 backs left of FIRST SEMESTER . One of electrical engineering (15 marks) and othr in engineering mathematics-1 (22 marks).
In both the subjects I've at least 15%marks in both the subjects.
To kya mujhe grace marks mil sakenge under 40 marks grace rule ???????
Meri july mein masters ki counselling bhi hai to usse pehle ho jaega clear ??????
since you need 15+8=23 marks grace and you have 30 marks grace left u well get grace

In everyyear (1,2,3,4) every one should have min 1000 marks to get the degree.
ReplyDeleteAnd also to get the grace marks in any subject you should have 1000 marks in that year. If you do not get grace marks in any subject in which you have more than 15% matks after having 1000 marks in that year go to university and fill the grace form marks can get updated in 7 days probably.
But to get grace marks and degree in every year 1000 marks are min.
If all back logs are clear than fill improvement forms in subjects same as backpaper to complete your 1000 marks.
