Dr. APJ AKTU Lucknow Noida region round 1 counseling start from 24th June where as document verification at different centers from 25th June 2016, this year total 5 round of counseling in AKTU admission process will held. Candidate who Freeze their seat or confirm their seat in college which is allotted to them will must download allotment letter from upsee.nic.in and reach receptive allotted college and submit rest fee with in provided time limit other wise seat is cancelled and submitted fee not be refund.

Those candidates, who have confirmed their seat by choosing “FREEZE” (in 1st, 2nd or 3rd Round) or by choosing “FREEZE without UPGRADE” or “FREEZE with UPGRADE” option (in 4
th Round), as the case may be, must download and print the Allotment Letter from the website http://upsee.nic.in

July 28 – July 30, 2016 Reporting of the Candidates at their Allotted Institutes up to July 30, 2016

• The candidates, with the printed copy of Allotment Letter, must report up to July 30, 2016 at their allotted Institutes with the remaining amount of Fee and documents (Original and one set of self attested photocopies).
• The Registration Fee submitted by the candidates through portal http://upsee.nic.in during counseling process shall be transferred by the University to the respective institutes after reporting and admission of the candidate in their allotted Institutes.
• IF A CANDIDATE, FOR WHATEVER REASON, FAILS TO REPORT FOR ADMISSION AT HIS/HER ALLOTTED INSTITUTE WITHIN SPECIFIED PERIOD OF TIME, THE SEAT ALLOTTED TO HIM/HER SHALL BE TREATED AS CANCELLED AND THE CANDIDATE SHALL HAVE NO CLAIM ON THE SEAT. THE REGISTRATION FEE SUBMITTED BY THE CANDIDATE SO FAR SHALL BE FORFEITED AND THE CANDIDATE SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
