UPSEE 2016 UPTU or AKTU will give admission to every student who just pass 12th class and not give any entrance examination on marks merit basis. From this year UPSEE decides to give admission on basis of 12th class marks, JEE and UPSEE entrance exam merit in private engineering and management colleges under Dr. APJ AKTU Lucknow. Until last year many colleges 60 to 75% seat were left empty as it was necessary to give UPSEE or JEE Mains entrance exam but from now admission can give on 12th class merit also without an entrance exam.
This process of given admission on empty seats in private colleges on basis of intermediate merit is started after UPSEE 2016 counselling process will get complete. This facility is provided to UP Domicile candidates only other state students who want in AKTU private colleges want to clear UPSEE 2016 entrance exam then take part in counselling or through management quote with JEE Mains score card.

but still in 2017 counselling, lot of seats are vacant??
