Mahatma Jyotiba Phule is basically a very prominent University of the Bareilly and the University conducts the entrance exam yearly for all the candidates who are seeking admission into the B.ed program of the University.

The exam is mandatory in nature as there is no direct admission into the B.ed program thus the candidates, who qualify the exam are only allowed the seats into the exam.

Eligibility Criteria of the UP B.Ed Exam 2019

All the concerned candidates must make themselves aware of the eligibility criteria of the exam in order to make their application.

• Candidates must have qualified the bachelor or the master degree from the recognized University.
• The minimum passing percentage of graduate/master should be 50%.
• The engineering candidates need to have scored at least 55% of the marks in their engineering degree.
• There are 15 years of the minimum age criteria while there is no maximum age bar of appearing into this examination.
• Candidates from any stream may apply for this exam.

Further, if we talk about the application fee of this exam then the General and the OBC candidates are required to pay the sum of 1500 rupees. On the other side, the SC/ST candidates are required to pay 750 rupees for the exam fee. 

If you are someone who belongs to any other state than Uttar Pradesh, and yet want to study B.ed from the MJP Bareilly University then you would be required to pay the exam fee of rupees 1500 irrespective of your community.
