    i am 2 yr student of b.tech .i wanna ask one thing , is there any rule ki agr apki kisi ak subject me back h toh apko scholarship nhi milegi ....agr mil bhi rhi h toh kam ...actully sir i got only 14000 fromv64000.mere clg me sub student ki phile 50000 ayi than after two three days they got 14000...but in my case i got only 140000 .coz meri ak subject me back thi ..so i just need to ask to whom i should contact about all this..
