UPTU or APJAKTU ( A P J Abdul Kamal Technical University ) make some new changes in academic rules, semester examination answer sheet evaluation system, students online data and much more.
  • University planning to stop COP carry over examination, students need to give carry over exam with main semester examination for both semester.
  • Time interval to complete B.Tech course is increase from seven to eight years (under planning).
  • Answer sheet evaluation will be online, trial starts with M.Tech 2015-16 semester exam.
  • All data of students is online now, any buddy can check and download their mark sheet from any where any time on uptu.net.in.
  • University also trying to upload all migration and provisional degree certificate online. So students can download them.
  • AKTU will adopt Maharashtra and Karnataka universities counselling model to overcome the shortcomings of the State entrance examination for admission.
  • To regulate M.Tech session, university will conductor entrance and semester exam on same time.
एकेटीयू की सेमेस्टर परीक्षाओं की कॉपियां अब मैनुअल तरीके से नहीं जांची जाएंगी। परीक्षाओं के बाद कॉपियों को स्कैन किया जाएगा। उसके बाद इसे कंप्यूटर पर अपलोड कर दिया जाएगा। कॉपियों को जांचने के लिए प्रोफेसर को लॉग इन आईडी प्रदान की जाएगी। इस आईडी के माध्यम से वे ऑनलाइन मूल्यांकन कर सकेंगे। कॉपियों के मूल्यांकन के बाद अंक भी ऑनलाइन चढ़ाया जाएगा। अभी तक परीक्षा के बाद उत्तर-पुस्तिकाओं को नोडल केंद्र पर भेजा जाता था। यहां कॉपियों की कोडिंग की जाती थी। उसके बाद कॉपियों को चेक करने के लिए भेजा जाता था। इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में काफी समय लग जाता था।

मैनुअल तरीके से मूल्यांकन में धांधली की संभावना रहती है। पिछली बार कोडिंग प्रक्रिया में कॉलेजों के शामिल होने का मामला सामने आया था और मूल्यांकन की गोपनीयता पर सवाल खड़ा हो गया था। डिजीटल मूल्यांकन की वजह से बहुत हद तक धांधली पर रोक लग जाएगी।

The following Guideline with new pattern must be followed for preparing of question paper and question bank Official announce on aktu.ac.in.

  • Question paper pattern should consist of three types of questions, short answer type, medium answer type and long type answer type. Paper may be divided in three section such as A, B and C.
  • First type question should have ten parts without any internal choice. Second type of question may have five (out of eight) and third type two (out of three). All types question shall cover complete syllabus.
  • The limit of answer for first type question may vary from one word to maximum of thirty words with approximately 3 minute each. Second type of question may be kept approximately 250 words of about 15 minutes each and third types of approximately 400 words of 30 minute each.
  • Marks may be kept 2, 10, 15 with maximum 20(=2*10), 50(=10*5) and 30(=15*2) for first, second and third types respectively with total 100 marks.
  • Question may be categorized as per the complexity level. These should be memory based, application based and evaluation/reflection based.
  • The long question may preferably consists of several parts depending on type of courses contents.

यूपीटीयू ने कहा है कि कैंप में पहले दिन कॉलेज छात्रों की समस्या, प्रार्थना पत्र और उससे जुड़े सारे अभिलेख प्रस्तुत करेंगे। दूसरे दिन सारी समस्याओं का निदान कर वेबसाइट पर अपलोड कर दिया जाएगा। यदि समस्या के निदान के लिए किसी तरह के अभिलेख की कमी है तो कॉलेज को दूसरे दिन यह प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है। कैंप के तीसरे दिन कॉलेजों को यह बताना होगा कि उसने कितने छात्रों की समस्याएं निदान के लिए दी और उसमें से कितने छात्रों की समस्या हल हुई है।
