UPTU/MTU/GBTU RE-CHECKING OF SEMESTER EXAM 2013-14 COPIES IN VERY SMALL TIME | NO INCREASE IN MARKS DUE TO FAKE METHODS

UPTU RECHECKING OF SEMESTER SHEETS WILL BE EASIER & FAKE INCREASE IN SEMESTER MARKS WILL BE STOPPED 

UPTU(Uttar Pradesh Technical University) will now be more strict towards carrying out the semester examinations. Now there will be no space in carrying out any kind of corrupt measures to GBTU/MTU/UPTU SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS.

 The examiners form now onwards will not be able to identify the sheets they are checking. Also, the students will not be able to know the centers where their sheets are being examined. The manual work of coding-decoding of semester sheets will be stopped from now onwards. An ICR(Intelligent Character Recognition) bar code will be used in the semester sheets.

The decoding of these ICR barcodes will be done by UPTU officials with the help of  master file. Its another advantage is that there will be much less delay in preparing the results of rechecking of semester sheets i.e. UPTU/MTU/GBTU SCRUTINY RESULTS will be prepared in much less time.

UPTU/MTU/GBTU ODD/EVEN SEMESTER SHEETS will be found much easily:

The semester sheets/copies will now be found much easily with the help of this process. The copies will be kept at a secret place and will be decoded with the help of a master file. If any student comes to the university for re-evaluation of his answer sheet, he will be allotted a fixed time. Thus, a students has to visit the university campus atleast two times. But, with the help of this method, the re-evaluation of answer sheets will become much easier.
