Teachers Day is celebrated every year on 5th September, 2014. The day remarks the love, respect,
dignity from the students for their teachers. The teachers day is celebrated in every school, every college, every institution and must be celebrated to shower the love from the students to their teachers. It is also said," GURU KI KRIPA APAR HAI", "GURU SE BADA KOI NAHI". Nowadays teachers are not seen as they used to be few centuries ago. But still in some way or other, the students are still having the request for their teaches. This day must be celebrated everywhere and altogether.

The idea of celebrating Teachers' Day took ground independently in many countries during the 20th century; in most cases, they celebrate a local educator or an important milestone in education (for example, Argentina commemorates Domingo Faustino Sarmiento's death on September 11 since 1915,[2] while India celebrates Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan's birthday on September 5 since 1962[3]). This is the primary reason why countries celebrate this day on different dates, unlike many other International Days.

  • early one morning, a mother went in to wake up her son. "Wake up, son. It's time to go to school!"
"But why, Mom? I don't want to go."
"Give me two reasons why you don't want to go."
"Well, the kids hate me for one, and the teachers hate me, too!"
"Oh, that's no reason not to go to school. Come on now and get ready."
"Give me two reasons why I should go to school."
"Well, for one, you're 52 years old. And for another, you're the Principal!"
Teacher: That's quite a cough you have there, what are you taking for it?
Pupil: I don't know teacher. What will you give me?

Teacher: In 1940, what were the Poles doing in Russia?
Pupil: Holding up the telegraph lines!

Teacher: I told you to stand at the end of the line?
Pupil: I tried, but there was someone already there!

Teacher: Johnny, you know you can't sleep in my class.
Pupil: I know. But, maybe if you were just a little quieter, I could.
Student:exam ke liee tension ho rahi hai, magar meine kiyse exam me pass karunga?
Teacher: pass karne ke liee exam ke tension bad dena parega.

Teacher: kaun bolna parega, prithibi ki weight kaya hai?
Student:no sir, magar India ki kitni wo meine bolna parunga.
Teacher: opodarth, India ki weight kaha par paya tune?
Student:sir, bara bara truck par likha tha “Samagra India 5 ton”

Teacher’s day is supposed to be the day for students to pay respect
and regards to their teachers. I am sure the students celebrate
teacher’s day in almost all the institutes of UPTU. I am honored and
pleased to bless the students of UPTU on this day. I pray to god all
their teachers bless them as well. Students must remember that
“Kripa” meaning blessing is the most important and valuable gift that
the students must work hard to receive from their teachers. Even
though there exists no scientific explanation and theory to describe
KRIPA. It is an established fact that without the kripa of their gurus.
They cannot achieve goals of their lives.
I understand and agree that all teachers may not be good and all good
teachers may not be great but students should not waste time in
assessing the quality of their teachers. Each and every teacher tries
hard to satisfy the learning desires of students. There is no teacher
who spares the knowledge from sharing it with students. All of them
try to give away all that they have acquired for the betterment of their
students. Thus students must refrain from being the judges of the
quality and capability of their teachers. But that does not mean that
they should not express their desires of learning to their teachers on
one hand and to the management of the college on the other hand. It
should only be treated as the feedback of the students rather than
    anything else .
Students must also focus on gaining the knowledge for the time
period they have during their stay in an institute. They must see the
world outside as green and not as grey. Even if they are not happy
with certain systems facilities or decisions of the management of the
institute they must not spend their energies on criticizing them.
They can just send their feed back to the university and leave it at that
I hope the students of UPTU appreciate my concern for them and for
    their bright future.
