JEECUP 2020 : Exam Date and Other Details of JEECUP 2020.


The Exam Conducted by the Joint Entrance examination council of Uttar Pradesh.

This exam is conducted for the polytechnic, Engineering, Pharma, for the different types of govt & Private Colleges.with the merit of the JEECUP for the year 2020.

  1. Admit Card of JEECUP 2020:

The admit card of the exam of JEECUP 2020 is managed and published by the Board itself.

To get the card details we have to refer the official site of the JEECUP.

The admit is only dedicatedly designed for the purpose of admission in the exam hall. Candidate should carry the identity proof which is issued by Govt Authority.

1.The Eligible candidate can fill up the form by 1st of Jan 2020.

2. Online application start with the 17th June and will end on the 21st June 2020

3. The correction in forms will be available 21st - 25th June 2020.

4. The Exams will be conducted both Online and Offline mode.

  1. Exam Pattern of JEECUP 2020 :

1. Exam pattern mode will be offline for the group ( A,E1,E2 ) only with the help of a ball pen. And for the rest of the group will be taken online mode.

2. The exam will be of 100 Questions. All questions will be multiple choice.( Objective )

3. The time duration will be 3hr for the complete set of papers.

         4. Language Medium the Exam language will be of two languages. Hindi And English Medium.

        5. Marks the Marking system will be for one right answer you will get 4 marks and for the wrong answer 25% ie. 1 mark will be deducted.


1. Group A-K will be conducted both online and offline with each one paper.

  1.  Exam Syllabus JEECUP 2020 :

The Basic Syllabus of this exam will be from the 10th & 10+2 syllabus. The paper will be consist of questions from the subject Mathematics, Physics, & Chemistry in your 10th & 12th standards.

For the Pharmacy candidate, the extra subject will be added ie. Biology.


Group A Post syllabus -


The candidate can learn the UP board 10th Physics, Maths, & Chemistry.


Group B Post Syllabus-


There are two sections one is Mathematics & another is Physics, chemistry, and agriculture.


Group C Syllabus-


The group is consistent with part from regular 10th syllabus and Hindi, English comprehension, Reasoning & Itelienceand general awareness.


Group D Syllabus-


The Group D Syllabus consists of the all above syllabus along with the


Numerological part addition to this and 10th syllabus as well.


5.JEECUP 2020 Exam Frequently Asked Questions


Q- Does appearing the 12th exam is qualifying for the exam?


Ans- Yes the Appearing students can also apply for the exams.


Q.When was the registration process started?


Ans- It had already been started on the 1st Jan 2020


Q. Is there any Age limit mentioned by authority?

Ans- Yes you should not be less than 14yrs of age.


Q. Is there any Reservation applied for this exam from govt and Non-govt collages?


Ans- yes there is a Reservation for this exam too. But it applied as per the Govt policy.

Around 27% of seats are reserved for the OBC Quota. 2% for the SC and 20% for the girl candidate.3% for the PwD candidate as well. And 5% for the freedom fighter category.
