UPTU: E-ACADEMIC MONITORING FROM NEW SESSION

E-ACADEMIC MONITORING FROM NEW SESSION is going to begin in UPTU. The university is planning to start E-Academic Monitoring in the new session. E-Academic activities at each of the monitoring system will monitor students. The university will now try to monitor each activity of the student. This system will allow to have all details about the institution on the web.

E-Academic Monitoring system (AMS) will emphasize on lecture, attendance and other activities details of the institution on the web. The university will have all the details of the students studying in the institution.

BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION PRIOR TO ACADEMIC MONITORING SYSTEM:

Biometric System will be done prior to academic Monitoring System. The biometric registration system will work by which the name, mother name, father name and date of birth of the students will be attested. The attestation of the students will be done for the students registering in the session 2014-15. The attestation will then be done for the other students of the university.The biometric registration will be done in front of CCTV cameras and full recording will be done.

E-SYSTEM TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS:

The university Uttar Pradesh Technical University is also going to start an electronic system where the students will be allowed to post any problems if any regarding university. The problems will be solved by electronic means only. Thus the university is trying to bridge the gap between the students and the university.
