UPTU has decided to start E-Governance system in the UNIVERSITY.
Now all the Affiliation Process conducted in the State by all Engineering, Management and Institutes will be done through E-Governance.
For the purpose of transparency,all the information pertaining to it, will be uploaded on the website and respective colleges will be informed through Emails and also manual work will reduced to some extent and the process will become modernized.
Principal Secretary of Technical Education gave this information.
"The changes will be brought into effect for students who will take admission into first year of respective courses next year; and then implemented as they progress through the years," a senior UPTU official said.
This step is taken because of the increasing number of colleges in the State.
A Committee will also form, for making new SYLLABUS for the students:-
Since the Syllabus of both the University(MTU & GBTU) were different. Therefore,with the merging of these universities into UPTU, a need to balance the syllabus has arise.
Only for this Session (2013-2014) students will gave their exams according to their respective syllabus but for the next session (2014-2015 ) a committee will provide the suitable syllabus for different subjects within a month.
And thus all the mishap and dilemma regarding syllabus,subjects will be clear .
Guys,cheer up and dont be in a dilemma regarding your exams that whether the pattern of exams will be from GBTU or from MTU.
